Can’t remember how many times I tried to lift into urdhva kukkutasana (lotus crow) from tripod headstand and thought that I could never do it (due to the heavy bum of mine!)
It finally happened one day when I was not expecting it.
I am starting to realise that arm balances are not all about strength and core, but also about finding a sense of balance and discovering your CENTRE of gravity.
As long as you keep making effort, little by little, be it even for 10 mins a day, progress will come slowly but surely --> Note to self to work on my nemesis backbends!!
